IMPORTANT: GrowthTracker is NOT a medical application and is NOT intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

Medical Disclaimer

• This app is for informational and educational purposes only
• This app is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• The growth charts and percentile calculations are based on CDC and WHO data, but may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Always seek the advice of your pediatrician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding your child's health or growth
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by this app
• If you think your child may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately

No Medical Accuracy Guarantee

We make NO WARRANTIES regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of:

• Growth percentile calculations
• CDC or WHO data integration
• Age calculations
• Any other measurements or data displayed in the app

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP CREATORS AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Health outcomes, injuries, or damages arising from use of this app
• Decisions made based on information provided by this app
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the app's calculations or data
• Medical issues, developmental concerns, or other health-related matters
